Orders

Can I make changes to/cancel my order after I've placed it?

- We try to process your order real quick which means we can't make any changes once you've placed it. Cancellation is not permitted as well but you may return the order for store credits. 

 

There's a missing item from my order.

- Please see under Return and Exchange.

 

There's a defective item in my order.

Shipping

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

-Your order is processed on the next working day. If you had ordered 3 or more items, express courier shipping is on us! You will be able to receive the order within the next working day from processing day. if you ordered 1 or 2 items, you can select standard courier at $2 or express courier for $4. Standard courier takes 1-3 working days while express takes 1 working day from processing day. 

 

Can I track my order?

- Yes! 

All orders are processed on the next working day and delivered by courier company, NinjaVan. To check the status of your delivery, please go to www.ninjavan.sg. Click on “Track Your Order” and enter TEMXXXXX whereby XXXXX  is the order number on your order sheet.

If you are unable to track your order after 24 hours from processing day, please contact service@theeditorsmarket.com

 

What happens if I'm not in when my order arrives?

- Courier company usually calls before delivery. Otherwise, you may also arrange for 1 re-delivery conveniently on www.ninjavan.sg.

 

Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?

- You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. We have no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

 

Payment

How can I make payment?

- Payments are accepted through Paypal where you may choose to pay with your Paypal account or any credit/debit card.

 

How do I use my Store Credit?

- If you are issued store credit, you will be given a code. Simply enter the code when checking out. Do note that store credit has to be used in 1 transaction and any balance will not be refunded. You may also top up any balance if your store credit is not enough. 

 

Do you sell gift vouchers?

- Not available at the moment. We hope to be able to offer this soon!

 

Stock availability

Can I reserve an item?

- Sorry we do not allow reservation on the system. However, you may want to write it to service@theeditorsmarket.com for assistance to reserve item in the stores. 

 

Do you do backorders?

- For sold out items, please join our waiting list. If we can accumulate enough interest, we will bring the item back!

 

Do you restock sold out items?

- If we have more stocks in the stores, we will definitely stock up online. If not, please join our waiting list. We will inform you if the item is back in stock. 

 

How often do you have new arrivals?

- We have new arrivals every week. Do look out for our Instagram/ Facebook or newletter for updates. 

 

Account

Do I have to register for an account to order?

- You may check out with a guest account. However, if you register an account with us and log in before checking out, it will save you time from filling in payment and shipping information.
