For orders to be processed in the same working day, cut-off time is 12noon GST (GMT + 4). All other orders are processed on the next working day.

Self Collection
You may choose to collect your order from our stores on the next working day after 5pm.
Local Shipping
All orders are processed within the next working day. For local addresses, trackable express courier via Aramex is free for orders with minimum 3 pieces ordered. You can expect to receive your order within 1-3 working days from processing day. Due to peak shopping periods, the increase in number of processed items or consolidation from different warehouse locations, there maybe intermittent delays. IF the credit/debit card holder checkouts with multiple basket shipments, this would reflect accordingly on the cardholder's monthly shipment.
For orders less than 3 pieces, a shipping fee of AED 10 will be charged for standard courier which takes 1-3 working days. Shipping fee of AED 25 will be charged for express courier whereby shipping takes 1-2 working days.
