Please ensure you have signed up for a membership account with us in order to receive the store credit. The store credit will be valid online and in-stores, for a period of 6 months from the date of issue. Kindly note that shipping charges, if any, cannot be refunded. Items damaged in transit would be under the liability of the delivery partner. 

  • Products can be returned in the form of store account credit only and not in cash, within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • Products can be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • Products purchased in the GCC countries can only be exchanged/returned to its respective countries of origin. For example items purchased from Saudi Arabia can only be exchanged/returned in Saudi Arabia based on the policy

  • The original purchase receipt must be presented when returning or exchanging products.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed with its hang tag intact.

  • For returns, store credit will be issued that can be used in any of the brand’s stores, valid for six months only.

  • For exchanges, items are eligible for a one-time exchange and this exchange is final.

  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange. 

Returns at our stores

Kindly bring along the item/s to be returned, together with your order receipt. Our cashiers will be able to assist you with the return. Your order receipt can be retrieved by logging into your account on our website. The cashier will process the item/s and hand you a Returns Slip. Please keep it for record and drop us an email at ae@theeditorsmarket.com if you have not received the store credit for the return after 5-7 business days.
